
A beautiful country full of friendly, welcoming people with fantastic food, Cambodia is one of our favourite places. There are very recent horrors here, due to Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge and it shows. It is a very poor country but one which feels as if it’s getting back on its feet and hasn’t lost any of its charm and friendliness and, in Angkor Wat, has one of the world’s best preserved site of ancient temples.
